When conceptualizing this video, I began by imagining the energy of natural elements and how that energy could influence the frame. The three-dimensionality and dynamic motion of the main object, the camera movement, and the transitions between scenes—all these compositional elements led me to question how they might affect the overall aesthetic. This curiosity became the starting point of the project.

[Still image work within the video framework]
As I continued developing the video, I hoped that each dynamic frame, when frozen as a still image, would remain visually compelling on its own. With that in mind, I began experimenting with layering, imagining the final scene of the video as a complete and self-contained image. Starting with a single background frame, I gradually built up the composition by stacking various elements. I paid particular attention to creating a sense of materiality—layering textures of paper and screen-like surfaces—while leaving a generous amount of negative space at the center of the frame. Toward the edges, I composed the visuals to resemble stratified layers that accumulate outward, emphasizing the tactile quality of each frame.
